Michael Hockmuller, Consultant
Mike Hockmuller has 17 years of government experience with the State of Texas and the City of Austin. He is currently a member of the City of Austin Organization Development division, providing internal consulting services for City departments and facilitating leadership development training. He is also a member the Austin’s Managing For Results implementation team. He facilitates annual strategic business planning sessions for several departments and serves on the City’s corporate business plan review team.
As a member of the Human Resources Department for the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Mike coordinated the statewide crisis intervention (PMAB®) training delivery system and developed several competency-based train-the-trainer programs.
Mike worked extensively with Business Plan Integration for the City of Chula Vista and is a certified Weidner facilitator. Mike is a certified Achieve Global® Master Trainer and holds a degree in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University.
